The only thing I don’t like about the use of oregano applied directly to skin is the smell. You smell like spaghetti sauce and if you want to use it at night while your body is at rest then your bed smells like spaghetti sauce. I definitely don’t like smelling that so concentrated on my skin, ugh always a side effect of everything I guess lol

This is my second day using the oil and I find it to be very strong and I recommend you have a full glass of water available one you drop it under your tongue. The product I am using is Pure-le, its nice and no chemical taste after just the nice smooth feel of it working. I am going to take it for two weeks and quit for a week and then back on for two weeks to see how I feel and what benefits I feel from it.
