Use organic, wild oregano essential oil diluted with olive oil (75% extra virgin olive oil to 25% oregano oil) even this can sting a bit but I just take two drops of this mixture under the tongue, even though the dosage on the bottle ( it comes ready diluted) states that you can take a maximum of 5 drops 2-3 times a day. And incidentally, I steer well clear of conventional toothpaste which is full of toxic chemicals. I make my own: raw organic coconut oil sized with a few drops of essential oils such as clove, peppermint, oregano etc, and use oil pulling method ( don’t spit down plug hole or it can block drains; spit into bin).
Tooth decay is caused by the toxins in processed food and other unnatural items we put in our mouths. Healthy saliva is a miracle worker; it cleans, nourishes and remineralises the teeth.
A healthy diet, free from processed foods, sugar and toxic additives is the way to perfect dental health. Invasive dental work will do nothing in the long run, to save your teeth. And, again, avoid the toxic toothpaste and mouthwash! Keep it simple, natural and powerful!
